Returns & Refunds Policy

Summary: You can return unopened items within 30 calendar days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

What can be returned

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging

• Returned within 30 days of the purchase date

• With a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

What cannot be returned

• Opened or used items

• Products not in a clean, saleable condition or without original packaging

• Perishable or short-dated goods once opened (e.g., food items) unless faulty

• Items marked “final sale” or non-returnable

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

1. Email info@gulrang.co.uk with your order number and the items you want to return.

2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

3. Pack items securely and send them back using a tracked service.

Unless an item is faulty, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

• If items are not returned in saleable condition, we may decline the refund.
